• All wigs in this collection are MADE TO ORDER: This means the hair is pre-ordered and the unit will be constructed once hair has arrived from our vendor.

• Standard Turnaround Time: 15-21 Business Days (Does Not Include Weekends or Holidays) Shipping time is 2-3 Business Days USPS.

• Units May Not Take the Full Processing Time. If you are needing your unit by a specific date, we suggest ordering 2 weeks ahead of time. 

•  Please make sure you are providing your correct circumference measurement; Units are constructed based on measurements provided by you. We are not responsible for improper fit. (Measurements not needed for Hat Units)
